Class Schedule

I’m currently teaching at Move Fitness Club – a boutique fitness club exclusively for woman on Toronto’s Eastside. The studio has a wonderful energy where woman are truly empowered in a relaxed, comfortable setting.


Tuesday: 7pm - 8pm
Saturday: 11am - 12pm

A unique combination of yoga styles focusing on strength, stretching, breathing, balance and relaxation – always with the ability to adapt in realtime for beginners. Expect to work and sweat as you build heat in the body throughout a strong, flowing practice.
